Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Beachly. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at support@beachly.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
